Monitoring the activity on the website began in March 2003, and several of the metrics are summarized on the SNNAP Website Activity page.

SNNAP (Simulator for Neural Networks and Action Potentials) is now in Version 8. This version was released in February 2003.
- Three posters were presented at the 2004 Annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience. These posters describe the Tutorial for SNNAP version 8, and they describe the new features of the forthcoming version 9. Poster 1 - Poster 2 - Poster 3 [all are PDF].

A tutorial has been developed. This hands-on manual takes the user through several computational neuroscience examples, showing how non-programmers can develop neural models and run simulations with SNNAP.
